HOW MY GLUTE JOURNEY STARTED

Growing my glutes have been an obsession of mine for years, but now, I am obsessed with growing my clients' glutes!

I was majoring in dance in college when the obsession of growing my glutes started. It was in my Jazz class when my instructor took the class time to condition, and we took about 10 minutes to focus on the glutes. It burned like heck, but I loved it. To have strong glutes as a dancer gives you more power in your jumps, you can hold positions longer and overall have more strength. That was the first time I realized I CAN grow my glutes. I can improve them not only for aesthetic reasons but to build more muscle and improve my movements. I then started foucsing on creating and building my Glutes, but I struggled. I had no idea what I was doing and was just following random workouts on the internet and was not paying attention to what I was eating. Because I saw no results, I blamed it on genetics….which is, in fact, a fair argument as genetics do play a huge role but regardless of your genetics…EVERYONE can build their glutes. 
Once I started training at a private gym, I slowly became more and more educated on fitness and how to grow your glutes properly. My glute building journey began 6 years ago, but once I knew what I was doing (and am still learning every day), It took me 6 weeks to see a significant improvement and less than 6 months to see a HUGE transformation!
